REQUIREMENTS
Our horseback routes are carefully designed for riders with experience and good physical condition. While you don’t need to be a competitive rider, you must be capable of riding and guiding a horse comfortably and safely on varied and challenging terrain. Riders need good physical fitness and a steady seat. In mountain areas, the pace will be adapted; occasionally, riders may need to dismount if the path becomes difficult.
Our routes require stamina and can involve long hours of riding. The maximum weight limit is 90 kg (please contact us if you exceed this limit). All participants must meet these requirements for their safety and that of the group. For the welfare of everyone, we reserve the right to exclude any participant who does not comply.
SAFETY
To participate, you must have valid medical insurance within the European Union. We also recommend securing liability insurance, baggage insurance, rescue/repatriation insurance, and accident insurance covering equestrian risks. Although strongly recommended, wearing protective clothing is the traveller’s responsibility.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our equestrian guide reserves the right to exclude any rider whose lack of ability or behaviour might compromise the safety and wellbeing of other riders or the horses. No refunds will be issued to participants who cannot complete the trail.
Our itineraries are meticulously planned in advance. However, unforeseen changes may occur. We reserve the right to modify the route at any time if necessary, always prioritising the client’s comfort and benefit.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of €500 is required via card payment or bank transfer (transfer fees to be covered by the client). The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before the tour starts. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your booking, with the deposit retained and cancellation charges applied as follows:
50% of the final payment will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 31 days before the tour start date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less before the start date. All cancellations must be made in writing, either via email or certified post.
